This Cookie Policy explains how GGWP (“GGWP”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, the personal data we collect about visitors, and the rights and choices available to you. GGWP is the data controller for personal data collected from visitors to this website, and this notice is the complete privacy notice for that data.
Our separate Privacy Policy covers a different subject: the player data we process on behalf of game developers through our products and APIs, where we act as a data processor. It does not apply to website visitors.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences and help us understand how the site is used. In this notice, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as pixels and local storage.
Non-essential cookies (the analytics, marketing and visitor identification cookies below) are set only if you select Accept on our cookie banner. They are not set if you select Reject, and they are deleted from this site if you later withdraw consent.
These cookies are required to operate the site and to record your consent choice. They do not require consent and are not used for analytics or advertising.

We use these technologies to identify the organisation a visitor belongs to and, in some cases, the individual visitor, so that our sales and marketing teams can follow up. Our provider, Unify (Unify AI Business Corporation), identifies the organisation by matching the network (IP) address of your visit against its business data sources. It identifies you individually only from an email address entered on this site: if you type your email address into a form on this site, it may be collected at the moment you enter it — even if you never submit the form — and linked to your current and past visits on this site.
Visitor identification is currently enabled only on the English-language pages of this site; it is not enabled on our Korean, Japanese or Simplified Chinese pages. This is a limit on which pages, not on which people: it applies regardless of the country you are browsing from, including the UK, the EU and the EEA, and the rights described under “Your privacy rights” below are available to you.
Unify stores each of its identifiers on this site twice: once under a readable name (such as unify_visitor_id) and once under an encoded duplicate of the same value, whose name is a Base64 encoding of our site key and the readable name. The exact values used on this site — both forms — are listed below. Unify does not load software from any other provider on this site and does not set cookies on other companies’ domains from this site.

If you contact us, request a demo or subscribe to updates through this website, we collect the information you submit, typically your name, work email address, company and message. We store it in HubSpot, our CRM, and use it to respond to you, to arrange the demo, and to send the updates you requested. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
In addition, if you have accepted non-essential cookies, an email address you type into a form on this site may be collected by our visitor identification provider as you enter it, even if you do not submit the form (see “Visitor identification cookies” above).
If you accept non-essential cookies, we may also receive information about you that you did not give us. Our visitor identification provider may tell us:
Our provider compiles this information from its own commercial data sources, not from us. We do not receive, and do not request, passwords, financial details or special-category data.
If you do not want us to receive this information, select Reject on our banner, or use the contact routes under “Opting out of visitor identification” below to exercise your rights directly with the provider.
We use this information to operate and improve the site, to understand which organisations are interested in GGWP, and to support follow-up by our sales and marketing teams.
For visitors in the UK, EU and EEA, our legal bases are:
We share website-visitor personal data with the service providers named above: Google (analytics), HubSpot (marketing and CRM), Unify (visitor identification), and Cloudflare (security). We may also share it with professional advisers, or where required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising or to build advertising audiences.
These providers are based in the United States. If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, your personal data will be transferred there. Transfers rely on the EU–US and UK–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.
Cookies expire on the schedules in the tables above, and you can delete them at any time through your browser. For the information we derive from them:
If you withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your information, we act on that request regardless of the periods above.
When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept or Reject all non-essential cookies; strictly necessary cookies are always active. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link (also in the site footer), which reopens the banner. If you withdraw consent, we delete the non-essential cookies set on this site and stop identifying you here. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may affect how some parts of the site work.
Selecting Reject on our banner stops identification on this site. You can also exercise your rights, including deletion, directly with our provider: email privacy@unifygtm.com or use Unify’s privacy request form.
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction not to identify you: visitor identification remains off for your entire visit, even if cookies were previously accepted on this site. Analytics cookies remain governed by your choice on the banner.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise these rights, email privacy@ggwp.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EEA it is the data protection authority of your country. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and its sources, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@ggwp.com. To opt out of visitor identification immediately, select Reject on our banner; you can also submit a request through Unify’s privacy request form.
Visitor identification involves profiling: information about your organisation, your role and the pages you viewed is combined to help us decide who to contact and what to say. It is used only to prioritise outreach by our staff. We do not make any solely automated decision that produces legal effects or otherwise significantly affects you.
This is a business-to-business website intended for game developers and studios. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has provided us personal information via this website, email privacy@ggwp.com and we will delete it.
If we add, remove or change a tracking technology, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Where a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will ask for your consent again through the banner.
For questions about this notice or the personal data we hold about you as a visitor to this website, email privacy@ggwp.com.
We use non-essential cookies for analytics, to identify the companies visiting our site, and — if you enter your email address on this site — to recognise you individually so our team can follow up. You can accept or reject these. Details and your rights: Cookie Policy. We use cookies for analytics to understand site traffic. You can accept or reject these non-essential cookies.
